Two rules govern our fulfillment and delivery operation:

  • Orders will be filled correctly and medications will arrive in perfect condition.
  • Orders will be delivered within the promised timeframe, or even sooner.

We follow a detailed timeline to ensure that all shipments are packed and sent efficiently and properly.

  1. Orders are transmitted electronically directly to the Pharmacy Mall warehouse.
  2. Orders are assembled and given one final check for quality and accuracy.
  3. Orders are packed discreetly, using standard envelopes or boxes with no indication that they contain medications and no mention of the Pharmacy Mall in the return address.
  4. Orders are addressed to the customer, but no other identifying or personal information is added to the label or anywhere else.
  5. In almost all cases, orders are transferred to the delivery agency the same day they are received. The Pharmacy Mall only uses carriers proven to be prompt, reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service.
  6. Customers receive confirmation emails that contain the tracking number for their shipment.
  7. The Pharmacy Mall also tracks packages to be sure they are on time and arrive safely.
